Africa. In the wild expanses, where bushbucks, impalas, zebras, gnus, and other creatures graze by the thousands, they are on holiday. German and Austrian hunting tourists drive through the bush, lie in wait, stalk their prey. They shoot, sob with excitement and pose before the animals they have bagged. A vacation movie about killing, a movie about human nature.

Director	Ulrich Seidl Ulrich Seidl was born in 1952 in Vienna and began his career in television. His documentaries include Loss Is to Be Expected (1994) and Models (1998). His fiction features include Dog Days (2001), Paradise: Love (2012), Paradise: Faith (2012), and Paradise: Hope (2013). Safari (2016) is his latest documentary.

* The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordiance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under age of 18 from being at theaters from 23:00 to 4:00. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Screenings at TIFF are not eligible for Cinemileage (TOHO CINEMAS mileage).

* TIFF tickets are not eligible for parking services at any of the venues.
