Introduction

Ahmad (27) is a strongly devoted Muslim who drives a cab during the night shift and practices his religion during the day. Beneath this humble surface, Ahmad is a compulsive masturbator, obsessed with sex. Santi (25) lives next door to Ahmad. By chance Ahmad meets Santi and an attraction emerges between them. One night while he is driving a passenger, he happens to see Santi from afar working as a prostitute. Driven by this revelation, he becomes obsessed and begins to follow Santi around. This obsobsession begins to take control of Ahmad’s life and makes him question his beliefs.

Director	Teddy Soeriaatmadja Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1975, Teddy Soeriaatmadja started his career with an independent film titled Culik. His latest films are the trilogy Lovely Man, Something in the Way, and About A Woman. His attention to detail, stunning cinematography, and highly developed storytelling ability have made Teddy one of the most acclaimed filmmakers in Indonesia.
