Introduction

Cairo, summer of 2013, two years after the Egyptian revolution. In the wake of the ouster of Islamist president Morsi, a police truck full of detained demonstrators of divergent political and religious backgrounds roams through violent protests. Can the detainees overcome their differences to stand a chance of survival?

Director	Mohamed Diab Born in Ismailia, Egypt in 1978, Mohamed Diab is an award-winning writer and director, whose work often centers on pressing issues concerning Egyptian society. He is known for his directorial debut Cairo 678, which was released a month before the Egyptian revolution. He wrote the blockbuster Egyptian franchise El Gezira, which is considered the highest grossing Egyptian and Arabic films of all time.

* Purchase of Opening/Closing/Special Screenings/Tokyo Grand Prix Winner Screening+Award Ceremony tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person. The other screenings are limited to 4 tickets per person.

* The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordiance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under age of 18 from being at theaters from 23:00 to 4:00. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Screenings at TIFF are not eligible for Cinemileage (TOHO CINEMAS mileage).

* TIFF tickets are not eligible for parking services at any of the venues.
