Nobody decides to become a doctor with the idea of saving others' lives as the primary goal. The first person they are trying to save is themselves.

Nobody is there to save a life; the only life they are trying to safe is their own. CADO CADO: Doctor 101 is a story about Riva (Ferdiriva), a medical intern who enters the program not for any of the above reasons but because of Evi, a girl whom he has called best-friend since high school.
