Introduction

The Sachino family used to run a bathhouse before the father disappeared. Futaba, a cheerful and determined mother raising her daughter alone, learns that she has only two months to live. She quickly makes a list of things she must do and immediately starts working on it. During her remaining time, family members encounter conflict and tension, but their ties also becomes stronger. And they commit to giving Futaba a loving send-off.

Director	Ryota Nakano After graduating from the Japan Institute of the Moving Image, Nakano directed two highly acclaimed short films, ROCKET PUNCH (2006) and The Sparkling Amber (2008). He came into the spotlight for his independently produced film Capturing Dad, which won 14 awards in Japan and overseas. The film was also officially screened at the Berlin International Film Festival.

* The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordiance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under age of 18 from being at theaters from 23:00 to 4:00. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Screenings at TIFF are not eligible for Cinemileage (TOHO CINEMAS mileage).
